Working out in a group setting with a friend is like a two for one special. You get to build muscle and your friendship all at once.
Feel the motivating energy of our group classes, Select from more than 25 creative and exciting classes offered each week, including full body strength training, yoga, cardio classes. Our group classes are tailored to your schedule, whether you prefer to work out during the morning, afternoon or evening.
Strength Endurance Day
Practice slightly more complex exercises under lesser load than BASIC STRENGTH DAY. Still appropriate for all ability levels. One of the tools that is used in this session are Kettlebells which are great for improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and power. We will be performing other great movements with different equipment that in combination will help you burn many calories and increase your strength.
Stability & Power Day
We will perform different sets of exercises that will increase power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries with great tools that will be incorporated in stations to improve core integrity and explosive ability. Intensity levels are easily varied to adapt to each individual's abilities.
Core and Conditioning Our world is three-dimensional; we move forward and back in the sagittal plane, we move side to side in the frontal plane, and we rotate in the transverse plane. In order to train effectively, we need to consider movement in these three planes of motion to make sure all muscles are getting stimulated.
The Core portion of this group training session will work core muscles in three directions or planes of motion, enabling you to strengthen your core like never before.
The Conditioning portion of the program will focus on improving performance, agility, and proprioception of your muscles while you BURN tons of calories and improve the efficiency of your heart and lungs.
Basic Strength Day
Strength is a key factor when developing an exercise program and establishing the foundation to attain results. This group training session will teach the novice to the elite, primal strength exercises that will increase lean body mass, decrease body fat, and improve performance, while being closely monitored for proper form and technique. You will be performing weight lifts, and body weight exercises that will stimulate your body to your desired fitness levels.
Perfect Practice makes perfect! Perfect basic movement patters-primary upper and lower body pushes and pulls will be performed in this group sessions.
Endurance and MobilityThe Endurance portion of this class will do just that while burning hundreds of calories and strengthening your heart and lungs. Your very own body will all be used during your different Endurance sessions.
The Mobility portion of this class will improve your overall body alignment. Different exercises will be performed to help eliminate painful hips, knees, and stiff shoulders, making you faster and more powerful, while moving more efficiently. Posture and muscle imbalances will be greatly improved.
Centering & Flow Day
"Quality movement originates from the center of the body." Functional training trains complete body movements, as opposed to isolating one muscle at a time. This provides you better muscular balance and joint stability, while decreasing the chance of injury. Lean and defined muscle tone is attained throughout this style of training because of the multitude of directions and multitude of muscles and stabilizers utilized throughout each exercise.
Nutrition Nutrition plays the most important role when it comes to achieving your new lifestyle (about 80% of your goal). Results will be achieved with our proper guidance and real life solutions. We take a holistic approach to nutrition while stressing the importance of fruits and vegetables and lean proteins. It is not just about calories in and calories out. We will tell you the truth about nutrition, and how to create a lifestyle change and see dramatic results by following simple and effective eating habits to keep you motivated, informed, and educated.
Buns and Guns:
Just like the name says…This one hour class will target both your arms and glutes. Get ready to squat, curl, and dip to perfection!
BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Get the results you

Not Your Average Classes Plyos & Conditioning: (55 min) This intermediate/advanced class incorporates all elements of a bootcamp class to give you an intense work out. Barre Fusion blends the classic exercise forms of pilates, yoga, and to create a holistic approach to health and wellness. Range of motion, balance, stability, and strength are all key components of this class. Come prepared to work and leave feeling longer, stronger, and centered!
Core Impact:
This 45-minute class combines fun and energetic moves with traditional bootcamp conditioning movement for a sleek total body and cardiovascular workout!
Detox:
Friday night was fun…But now it is time to pay up. This total body cleansing class incorporates resistance training, cardio, and yoga to help clean out all the toxins we put in our body throughout the week.
Power flexibility 1-3:
Kick off your shoes, take a deep breath and join Dream Yoga. Designed for all levels, this one-hour journey explores gentle movements to increase flexibility, strength and personal well-being. Students are led through stretches, yoga postures, breathing practices, and finally guided into a deep relaxation or ‘Dream’ state.
Fit Bootcamp:
This 1 hour class is dedicated to pushing your body to the next level. Sports-inspired cardio infused with strength conditioning and toning is achieved through the use of plyometrics, interval training, and body-weight resistance. Bootcamp will challenge your muscular strength and endurance as well as your balance, and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises.
Bootcamp: (55min) Drop and give me 20! This intermediate/advanced class utilizes challenging segments of cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills in station format to ensure a complete total body workout.
CardioSculpt:(55 min) This class combines Cardio 30 with Total Body Sculpting for a fun mix of Hi/Lo cardio combos, drills and muscle conditioning.
H.E.A.T (High Energy Advanced Training): (55 min) NEW! This intermediate/advanced class combines high intensity interval training with muscle conditioning. Come prepared to work hard and be pushed to your highest potential! Not recommended for beginners
Muscle Conditioning Kettlebell: (40 min) This introductory class will teach you the basic movements of Kettlebell exercises. These exercises build strength, cardiovascular endurance, and increase grip strength. These movements engage the entire body at once.
Total Body Sculpt: (55 min) Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, bands, tubes, exercise balls, dyna-discs, & body bars as resistance tools.
Thighs, Butts, and Guts: (45 min) This variation on the Total Body Sculpting class focuses specifically on the lower body and core muscle groups.
Lower Body Blast: (45 min) Challenge your core and lower body using resistance bands and your own body weight.
Upper Body Blast: (30 min) This upper body muscle conditioning class targets the back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. If you are sick of doing the same old strength routine come to this class.
On the Ball: (45/55 min) This class uses a physioball in combination with dumbbells, body bars, bands, and tubes to improve balance, strength and muscle conditioning.
Abs: (30 min) Stop doing crunches on your own. This abs class uses various stations and/or equipment to make ab work fun again.
Flow:
This 45-minute power class combines heat with breath and movement to take you to both your mental and physical edge. Variations in poses for both beginners and advanced students a great class to try.
Ripped:
Hittin’ the gym like crazy, but just can’t get rid of that last 5-10 pounds? Join this high-energy 45-minute total body meltdown. You’ll walk away looking and feeling Ripped.
Quick Fit
Time is of the essence in Quick Fit. This 30 minute class includes tough drills and strength exercises aiming to get you fit and fast.
Rock-Band:
Getting in shape never sounded so cool! Get total body resistance-BAND training while sweating to your favorite rock tunes. This workout focuses on high-repetition strength training. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles.
Sixpack:
No time is wasted in this 30-minute abdominal workout that zeros in on the core muscles of both the abdomen and the back. You will enjoy a variety of mat exercises from crunches and twists to planks and isometric holds, so that every muscle in your core becomes stronger and more defined.
