We also partner with a food service available where you can order your food for a affordable price. I educate you on a nutrition program that you’ll learn about, energy provision conversion, nutrient requirements, the basic synergy that ties eating and fitness together. No extra cost when your a personal training client.
Bridal Bod
I take my knowledge of fitness to the bridal world. We go one step further, offering brides the option of taking the “Bridal Bod” workout. The program is tailor made to suit the individual needs of the client and includes nutritional counseling in addition to a specifically designed exercise program. The sessions range from kettle bells and free weights to floor work and cardio activity. Duration and frequency is flexible to suit the schedule and desire of the bride-to-be in this busy time. 12 week mass and strength program
Caters to all individuals looking for a program that provides a challenge, motivation, strength, power lifting or body building. This 12 week mass program is designed to help significantly improve raw strength and muscle mass results. The plan consist of a 12 week period that is split into 4 distinct areas 4 weeks, 4 weeks, 4weeks and 2 weeks with 4 to 5 sessions a week. Each 4 week segment is specifically designed for you to keep stimulating your muscle tissues from all angles to keep progress in motion. Each phase is designed on a higher archery phase, to say off from plateau. By the end of the program you will see much improve on muscle mass, strength, endurance, you can increase the ability of burning up to 5000 calories extra as your muscle rest at night.

Youth fitness program
Our goal for our youth strength and conditioning program is to increase and enhance each young persons physical fitness development, improve self confidence, encourage active lifestyle. Our approach emphasis fundamental movement skills, running, jumping, throwing, climbing, crawling, pushing and pulling. The only tools is the child's body weight, jump rope, balls, bats, and cones.
Class size is limited to 15 kids per class register early spots fill up quickly.
Class schedule after school and weekends 2 times per week.
