Challenged yourself to eat a different type of meat each week for 4 weeks...so chicken one week...then stake, fish,turkey...ect. Take pics each week of how your body changes. Then look at what meat works better to lean your body out. That is how I know fish is key for me:). I challenge all of you to do the same even with protein source that you don't like and let me know what you learn about yourself!!:)
