Continuous tension on this move. There's no rush order on the rep speed. People are too in a hurry to get the set done and should be in a hurry to slow down....Do everything right....few do
Finished position: Staggered stance for balance. Stand with enough length to get into a good pre-stretched position and push from the heel.
Split Squats: Our finishing exercise. I do these opposed to jump lunges. Why? Better focus on ham/glute tie in and after a thorough pre-exhaustion, I don't want the quad doing the work
